SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are normally shipped on the day they are received, or the following day, with the exception of weekends and holidays. All items on our website are in stock and ready to ship. MySkins™ ships your order by Priority Mail (2-3 day service) using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Items are shipped from Arizona.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

MySkins™ is not responsible for packages which are "lost in the mail", stolen, or deemed "not delivered". Any claims should be filed with the carrier.

Where We Ship
MySkins™ ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. MySkins does not ship internationally outside of Canada.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applicable to Arizona residents at 9.05%

RETURN AN ITEM

MySkins™ wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. MySkins™ will gladly accept bra returns within thirty (30) days from the order date for a replacement, exchange, or refund. The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags intact and in their original packaging.

All panty orders are final and no returns will be accepted. Please take the time and choose your correct size and color when purchasing.

Please include a copy of your invoice and indicate whether you would like to exchange or return for a refund. Please note the reason for the return, and address all returns to:

MySkins™ encourages you to send your return certified or insured mail.

MySkins™ cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges

MySkins™ will refund your credit card within five (5) days of receipt of your return. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. For a full or partial return/refund: if the remaining purchase falls below the $25.00 free shipping purchase level, you will be charged the $5.00 flat rate shipping fee.

For an exchange, please indicate the style, size, and color you would like. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise. In the event you happen to receive the wrong or damaged product, please email us at customerservice@myskins.com or call us at 480-464-0200 within five (5) business days.

PRIVACY NOTICE / POLICY

MySkins™ is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We have created a safe and secure shopping environment. MySkins™ will use selected customer information that you provide in order to process your order, respond to your questions and/or requests, and to improve our website for your shopping experience.

Any personal information (i.e. name, address, email address, telephone number, etc.) you provide to us on our website when you register, create an account, or update your account information, is maintained in private files on our internal systems. This information is used to process and send orders. It will also be used to contact you if there is a question or problem with an order. Your credit card information is not stored online and is not shared with another company.

If you have registered with us, MySkins™ will maintain your email address and email you about updates, information on specials, and promotions. You can unsubscribe to these emails and updates at any time. If you would like to be removed from our regular email list please contact us, and we will be happy to remove your name.

MySkins collects statistics about site traffic, sales, and other commercial information, which will be used solely for internal purposes.

You should also be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if required to do so by law, governmental request or court order or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with such law, request or court order, or to protect the users of our website or the public.
